Items purchased from the Meet My Feet website may be returned within 30 calendar days upon purchase under the following conditions:

• Customer received the wrong product (wrong size, color, model, etc.)
• Customer received a damaged product
• Customer received an incomplete product

Customer must return the item in the same condition it was received upon delivery with its original packaging. Tags must also remain intact. Customer must shoulder shipping fees unless we are at fault.

The value of the item at the time of exchange is the price paid or current selling price, whichever is lower. 

Items purchased from the Meet My Feet website at a discounted rate will be replaced with a product that is equivalent to the discounted price of the item. Items bought from the Meet My Feet website can also be exchanged at Meet My Feet boutiques.
